CIFactory
Basically CIFactory is a Factory for creating a CI solution ie it goes away and will setup a standardized solution. In the process it also sets up appropriate build files yada yada yada. Below is the blurb from the web site.
CI Factory is a canned Continuous Integration(CI) server and installation script. Adherence to a standard development workspace allows for this product to build most any project out of the box. It uses a plugin architecture.
Looks quite good if you are new to the world of Continues Integration. Not sure that it will add that much value at work as we already have something very similar setup. But I am going to give it a try at home.

On your recommendation I’ve been busy testing CIFactory under a Virtual PC image for a build server, as well as installing to my development PC.
It’s been good fun, if a little fraught at times. A good kick start into CI, I’d have taken ten times longer to try to setup the build server on my own with all the default packages that CIFactory installs.
Thanks for the tip.

Jay,
Let me look into is a bit more and I will get back to you. I am thinking of doing a grok talk on CI as I think it is a brilliant way to get people into the CI world!
Once or even while I am prepering my talk I will get in contact with you for some insider pointers
Cheers!

Zi,
After a day of working away, I successfully had CIFactory both under a VirtualPC as a proper build server, with no Visual Studio 2005.
I also got CIFactory running fine on my development machine, which was more of a challenge as my development tools are all in D:\Program Files (my data and source files are on C:) which is not a great idea for automated tools.
Jay Flowers gave me a nudge in the right direction, and my blog now has a tome that deals with handling CIFactory on a D: drive;
